I try to use de social template (ArcGIS online)  for tweeter but I don't see any tweet.

I try different words but Don,t work .......somebody knows how to use this template?

When you mention "social template (ArcGIS online)", are you referring to the Public Information Template?

If yes, you can follow steps on how to configure it, Create a Public Information web app
