Question about geocoding tutorial

I am going through the various Argcis desktop tutorials.

At the geocoding tutorial, exercise 2, I am supposed to navigate to a "StreetMap data folder", in order to select the Postal_US locator. This folder is not part of the tutorial data that I downloaded. Where am I supposed to find these data? Is this an error in the tutorial, or am I doing something wrong here?
