Identity (popup) feature highlighting ability for MapService

Question

Can a feature in a MapService be highlighted when performing an identity (popup) in the Silverlight Viewer?  Using any of the other APIs (Javascript / Flex), ArcGIS.com, and ArcGIS Explorer Online - MapService features are highlighted when performing an identity (click to display popup) operation.  This helps to focus attention on the feature in question.  Also, for overlapping layers it helps to identify the particular feature for which attributes are being displayed.  Is there any way I can enable this ability in the Silverlight Viewer?

I see the option to highlight a field when I'm creating the popup in ArcMap.  Haven't tried viewing it in the resulting service.  Have you had any updates on this since you posted it?
