Add WMS to WebApp

Is it possible to add a WMS layer in a WebApp ? If yes, what is the procedure ?

Add the layer to the web map you are using in AGOL/Portal using the Add Data button in the Online Viewer. You can add the WMS Layer at runtime if you add the Add Data widget to your app too.
