Using the Web AppBuilder for Portal we have the layer list opening by default in the side panel. Is there a way to have it open ONLY ONE of the layers, already expanded and showing the symbology without having to click on the layer?

Thank you for the prompt answer. I was hoping for some code that we could insert into the LayerList widget to make it provide that functionality, but it seems that this is not an option.
No when using WAB for on premise portal there is nothing you can do if WAB or the widget does not provide configuration for that (and it does not).
