I have a problem with the authority ArcGIS Pro, but I am licensed to the Personal user for ArcGIS. Problem login ArcGIS Pro "Public Account cannot access this application". How to fix it?
If you have ArcGIS for Personal Use Program | ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced for Personal Use , you should also have an ArcGIS Online Named User Account. You need to login to ArcGIS Online from a web-browser and configure the member to use ArcGIS Pro license Named User licenses—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop: Configure Named User licenses
Then login to ArcGIS Online from ArcGIS Pro to use it.
