ETL Spatial Tool (Data Interoperability)

I have Data Interoperability Extension enabled. I am trying use the ETL Spatial tool but it is grayed out. Is there something I am missing.

Have you created an ETL Spatial tool to use? Please see the following: ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)
