Query polygons that intersect point

Hello everyone,

I am looking for samples that explain how to find the polygon (municipality and commission district) that intersects a point that was digitized in JavaScript using the Edit widget from Web APP Builder.

There are no real samples of this I can think of as this is just basic QueryTask functionality.
