Can you make on screen widgets open like header controller widgets?

This in reference to the Tab Theme.

Basically, I want the on screen widgets to open where header controller widgets do. If Layer List is open and you use an on screen widget (like Draw), there is little to no room left to view the map.

Thanks, but I would like to avoid using the using the drop down to select more widgets. Ideally I’d like to have every icon visible. Is this possible? I appreciate your help!

So what you need to do is not use the onScreen widget placeholders then. Just add all your widgets to the Sidebar controller widget.
