Hi Hamed,

In ArcGIS Pro (Project) > Python (Python Package Manager) > Manage Environments > Clone Default (and make that your Active environment), Exit ArcGIS Pro.

Like the following graphic, run from ArcGIS the Python Command Prompt > conda install -c solutionsdev/label/pro2.5 untools
