Report data joined

Question

I wondering if there is a local directory where the 100 report data records are stored outside of the ArcMap document. I have tried searching both my default directory and the directory where I save the report file (excel or PDF). However, I cannot identify those 100 records of the report data. Any information would be appreciated.

It sounds like the original question is the same I have.  Is there a way to access the appended table outside of ArcMap?  In other words, where is the appended table stored so I can save and rejoin at a later date?

If the layer having the data appended two is a shapefile one could simply open the .dbf component in Excel and then save an Excel version.  Also opening the attribute table in ArcMap and going to the table option button one can also export to a handful of table types.

Greg,

It sounds like you are using the Community Analyst Desktop Add-In tool.  Are you selecting the option to append the report data back to the layer it was run on?  If so double check the attribute table for the layer.  Or did the reports themselves never appear?
