"Error: ETIMEDOUT" #ArcGIS Monitor

I am getting "Error: ETIMEDOUT" this error when trying to add a counter to the monitor service for Portal. tried and check all connections and username passwords, still no luck.

Are you passing Portal URLs with web adaptor or without web adaptor?

If you are able to send me the snapshot of your Portal counter configuration that will be great.
