quick question: probably a simple answer:

Running ArcGIS 10.3.1

have uploaded shapefiles to in-house server

I have configured my pop-up window to display information

When you initially click on a parcel, the information shows up as expected

What happens is that after a short period of inactivity (roughly 30 seconds), the pop-up window no longer works; it returns a no information found. if the page is reset it will work again until that period of inactivity.

Any thoughts and help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Joe,

Is your map service secured? If so, what type of security is configured on your server? Could you install a web debugger such as Fiddler to see what kind of network activity is happening when the popup fails to return information? Fiddler can be found here:
