I,m looking for a solution to add bing layer as basemap for arcgis javascript 4.6, but I dont find any things.
Hi anjelina ponkerat, Bing Maps support was recently added to the 4.8 release of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. Please see here for details.

When you have a question about a feature that is not present in the 4.x api and was in the 3.x then you need to consult the functionality matrix:

If you want to know when this is coming, there is no official word on the date. Most of the time esri will not give a date on things like this.
