Does anybody know if it is possible to connect to a Vector Basemap Service in either ArcMap or Pro? I am interested in using the Green Vector basemap located here: https://basemaps.arcgis.com/v1/arcgis/rest/services/World_Basemap/VectorTileServer
Yes, in Pro open the Catalog Pane, click the Portal item, and then the Cloud icon for All Portal. I searched on the term Green Vector Basemap and selected the Light Green Canvas basemap to add to a New Map in Pro.
