Question

I am using 10.1 arcreader. One of my end user sometime see half of her screen mapping and the other half is black. What could be causing this?

Is this issue specific to ArcReader. Also let us know whether they are experiencing this while working on other application. If yes, it might be related to graphics.

yes, Just in ArcReader
