Selected Features Highlight is Offset by Several Feet

Web App Builder Developer ver. 2.5

Issue occurs on brand new and existing apps.

When clicking on a feature for a popup the highlight is offset by several feet and occasionally set at a different angle.  This is without any additional custom widgets added to the app. I've also switched maps to make sure it wasn't from a specific map.

Is this a known error with the version? Has anyone else experienced this and knows of a fix?

Would upgrading versions fix this issue? Would ESRI Support help with an issue like this?

Yes it was a known error that was fixed in later releases. Time to upgrade (your only 10 minor versions behind!).
