Registering ArcGIS Server 10.3 w/ ArcGIS Online

Our organization is currently using ArcGIS Server 10.3 and we serve up maps within our organizations intranet using Geocortex.  Currently I am configuring the newest version of Geocortex and wanting to be able to add map layers so our users can have additional content.  To do this our server needs to be registered with ArcGIS Online.  Can someone direct me on how to register our server with ArcGIS online?  We have an ArcGIS Online account.  Also, can someone tell me, is there a charge for this??  I am baffled!

ArcGIS Online does not support registering an ArcGIS Server site with an ArcGIS Online organization. I suspect what you want to do is add individual web services from your ArcGIS Server site as items in your ArcGIS Online organization. You can do this by simply logging into your ArcGIS Online organization and adding the web services as new items.
