I need to add secure routing service under ArcGIS portal > Organization > Utility services> Routing services
How do we do that ? It keep poping up credentials to enter each time I am trying to use this service
Are you using built-in security for the routing service? If so, you'll want to follow the instructions here. There's a section on if the service is not from a federated server and requires credentials.
