Multimachine in deployment - ArcGIS Server

HI,

How does the option to add new machines to the ArcGIS Server site work, for example I need to allow the other licenses to my development. For example add GeoAnalitycs, on another machine, do I need to create a site for each type of licensing and then insert the site into a management site, for example GIS Server licensing? The cluster concept how does it work? Is there any tutorial demonstration, simpler than the ones reserved by ESRI, that explains all this very well?
