We are using ESRI Map for SharePoint (4.0 Beta). Everything was fine until yesterday when we started getting some JavaScript errors and the map is not being initialized.
The error is http://la.arcgis.com/sharePoint/4.0/esri-maps-sharepoint/EsriMapsLocationInit.js not found
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

The beta files were taken down late last week so that is why you were experiencing these issues.
