Embed an ArcGIS map with content menu

Question

I am trying to embed a map in a web site as I have in the past and the contents are no longer available.  I can get the details and legend without problem, but no contents. What happened?

Hmmm....I see what you mean.  If it helps any, when I opened the map you had linked, I was provided with an option to "Open Map in Full Screen" at the bottom of the page which then did open it in the real map viewer so I could manipulate those things.  Certainly not an ideal approach....

Only partly what I want.  All of my materials are built around having the Content tools there to use - the Change Style, Filter, etc.  And I can’t seem to get these to show in the embedded map.

Hi Rick-

I just tested, and was able to do get a contents layer I could toggle on and off by clicking the box for Layer Toggle that appeared under the Legend when I turned the Legend option on.  See Screen grabs:
