How can I change the Portal Navigation Bar?

Hi all, I would like to change the links displayed in the Portal Navigation Bar. Is this possible? And if so, how can this be done. I am the Portal Admin.

I found the answer myself. I will create AGE Sites, not customise the portal home page.

There is an edit home page button on the bottom right of our enterprise website when you first login it. It allows you to edit sections of the portal.

Hey Jon. Unfortunately the edit home page option doesn't bring me to any options to modify the Portal Navigation Bar.
