How do we show our pdf attachments on our points, lines and polygons?

On your web server create a virtual directory to your folder that contains the pdfs so you can have an actual url to the pdfs. Then in the lines and polygons feature services you have a field that has the URL to the pdfs as a string in that field. Then you configure the link in your web maps popup for the feature layer.
