Is there an outage? Can't open or create any notebooks in AGOL.

I just got a response from ESRI:

"After further investigation, it has been confirmed that we are currently facing a slow performance issue in ArcGIS Online and we are aware of the behavior. The issue is still in the review, and the development team is currently working on this issue."

I just tested out an org I have and it worked for me. Not saying that it is only you, but a data point.

With these things, I recommend technical support to investigate.

Tanx for the post, I had the same with notebooks that I had to pause on Friday 24 March 2026, for an update I had to do and since resuming them they fail.

If I run them they sometimes fail at the start, mid way or +/-3/4. I was getting paranoid and thinking I messed something up but suspected some performance problem.

Also FYI larger Hosted Feature Services also does not want to export to FGDB on AGOL, but it will definitely be related.

I'm still having performance issues 27 April 2026 (05:00 CAT) .

I have experienced this a year or so ago, but https://status.arcgis.com/ always seem to show everything is oky. Even last time contact support, they say everything oky, show them the problem, that does not seem right let us investigate. O oky u were right there is a problem.... https://status.arcgis.com/ Nothing updates or indicate problem.
