Cost Effective Way to Get Spatial Analyst Extension for Creator licence

We have a Creator user type licence and we require the Spatial Analyst Toolbox. It is expensive adding the Spatial Analyst Extension, it's greater than the cost of purchasing the Creator licence. Is there a more cost effective way of getting the extension?
