Field Maps pop up to open surey 123 form does not work (stuck in loading survey)

Hey team, I have a map in field maps app and has a pop up that will open up a survey123 form and it will carry some values to autoppopulate in my form. somehow it stop working, i will click the pop up and it will get stuck in loading the form. I saw that there's an update 3 days ago in survey123 this might be a bug from that update.

In desktop, i trialled it in map viewer, it was opening the survey and also copying the values i needed. so i think there's something wrong with the apps in phone. i havent tried it in android but both iphone and ipad is not working.

Can anyone let me know if this is also happening to them? or is it just me? Thanks team!

I've solved it. it was not the field nor the update, it was something that i added on the survey which is too complicated for the survey to open up and caused crashing. basically, I have a calculation of this "indexed-repeat(${contact_lab}, ${fuel_moisture_samples}, 1)" inside a repeat. after ive taken this out everything worked fine again.

tried taking off all the fields and it worked, the survey opened, tried putting in one field and it stopped working again.

I have been trying to create a field map app and a pop up that opens up to survey 123. That has been done but i want to ask how to bring the data filled in survey 123 back to field map. How to create relationship between the layers.

I cannot see the entire URL since it cuts off, paste plain text so we can see it all. Typically I remove one field at a time to find the exact one it does not like. It can be wrong type, the data is too large to fit in the field, special chars in the field, bad field name, reserved work used, etc. Try and track down the exact field and you will prob see the issue.

I've tried that, tried taking one field at a time. it doesn't work. The weird thing is i did not change anything last week on the entire URL, it was working before the update and tried it this week and it's not working at all. tried different things i dont think it was the fields as it was working before and i tried clicking the URL from the webmap in my desktop and it opened my survey123 form nicely with all the fields autopopulated. so the URL is working, its just not working in phones or tablets. or something is broken between the fieldmaps app and survey123 app in phones.

Weird I have never once used the portal part and you seem to be pointing to AGOL so its not needed. I also see you have the HTML for the & symbol vs the actual symbol but not sure if that is just this website doing that.
the best way to post a URL is right click text only or it shortens it and I cannot read it. Also Shift-CTRL-V works.

Then can read like this

Mine are simply arcgis-survey123://?itemID=3550e08aaef94b139a3169d9e24d3dd0&field:PointID={PointID}

Is this on all features our just 1? Weird that it was working.
