My department have just received Trimble 780's and a Trimble R12i and neither of them will connect to Survey123. The Trimbles are connected to the Trimble Mobile Manager first, they show up in the Setting>Location in the Survey123 app but will not connect to the Trimble units or knock the Trimble Mobile Manager off. Survey123 is the only thing connected to the Bluetooth.
We're using Version 3.24.22 of ArcGIS Survey123 and we've tried many different handhelds and a couple of different Versions of Survey123 and nothing worked.
These GPS units connect to Field Maps just fine.
Our Trimble R2's will connect, but the accuracy is not close enough for what we're collecting.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
