Field Maps and Integromat/Make Integration for automated emails

Hello,

I've followed every step in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PM5evdCagR4 and blog post https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/field-maps/field-mobility/automate-email-notifications-for-field-updates with no success. The model does not run at all when testing and adding data.

Has anyone had experience successfully automating emails this way? My organization does not have Microsoft Powerautomate so I would like to use this, but I cannot figure out why it won't run. Any help is appreciated.
