Hello all,
I have created a survey in Survey 123 Connect based on an existing hosted feature service. I want to take this survey offline but it tells me 'No maps have been downloaded for offline use' and There are no compatible maps available online to download'
I have an offline aerial imagery map I use in Field Maps for offline use (successfully) and is hosted in Portal but I can't see a way of telling S123 to use this map or how to add it to the group of maps visible when I click the map 'tab' in S123 Connect. The maps available here are very limited and not the list I see in the organisations default basemap gallery.
Any ideas how to add my offline map. I see a lot of posts about generating a tile package and loading to the device but not all users would be comfortable doing this
