Option to toggle off "Explore Feeds - Manage Privacy" footer

It would be great to be able to toggle on/off the Explore Feeds / Manage Privacy footer which always appear at the bottom of Hub sites.

Would love to have this functionality. Any links that we do not use can only add to the confusion for folks. We want to keep our sites as simple as possible.
