Web Map with Georeferenced TIFFs Not Saving

Question

Hello! I keep trying to share a web map from ArcGIS Pro that has three georeferenced (and saved as a new raster) TIFFs and three polygon layers that overlap. Every time I try to upload to a web map and go to ArcGIS Online to map changes, it fails to save.

Anyone have an idea of how or why this keeps failing?

All I really need to do in ArcGIS Online is make groups layers that are toggled on and off with radio buttons. No matter how big or small the web map edit is in ArcGIS Online, nothing saves.

Thanks for the clarification. In that case, the issue might be a corrupted service definition within map's metadata. There could be ghost references to local TIFFs where AGOL doesn't have an idea. You may need to publish Raster as Tile Layers and swap the layers in ArcGIS Pro before republishing. You can Share as Web Layer by right clicking on georeferenced TIFF from your content pane and choose Tile Layer. I hope this helps.

@VenkataKondepati Thanks for the response. Yes, they  uploaded to ArcGIS Online using Pro's Share a Web Map configuration pane. Exploratory and Editable is what I need to finish some styling options in ArcGIS Online, and either upload option is working with no warnings or errors.

Despite the smooth "Share a Web Map" process, ArcGIS Online will not let me save any changes to the web map online. I could just rename a layer and it will fail.

Are the TIFFs loaded from local PC or ArcGIS online?

If they are stored in your local PC, then you need to actually publish as a hosted web service.
