Ribbon layout

Question

I am trying to follow this step by step video for my project and the ribbon layout seems to be different compared to my programs toobar layout here below I have 2 snips showing the difference beween the two, would anyone have a way for me to set it back to the original layout?

I apprecite it. Turns out I was able to figure it out the newer version has a couple buttons in different places. Swipe is now in compare instead of Effects and Appearence is nolonger in the ribbon.
