I'm trying to help one of our end users get started with editing in Pro.
We have services hosted on enterprise 11.3, the user is on Pro 3.3.7. We use both AGOL and enterprise like a lot of orgs. Most of services we edit are on enterprise. We are using branch versioning, and google SSO for sign in.
I created a version for him on a few services in our rest directory, but just trying to reconcile we get this:
Ive tried basically everything I can think of, changed his usertype and role, deleted and recreated his account, added him back to the permissions group, recreated the version. I even made him an admin temporarily but that didnt help. He clearly has the right permissions and licenses assigned when I look at his account in portal.
The problem is his portal login because when I sign into the portal as myself, in his map project document, I can reconcile just fine.
But there is nothing I can see thats wrong, and no one else that has the same permissions in the same groups as him is having any issues.
I know theres a lot of pieces here just wondering if anyone else has gotten stuck on this before I submit a ticket to esri.
