Add buttons to feature-table component header?

I am using the feature-table map component with the JavaScript SDK (v4.33).

I was curious if it is possible to add a button for something that is normally in the table menu to the table header? Clear Selection is something that is used quite a bit within the feature table's functionality and it would be more intuitive if a user could execute this without having to enter into the menu. If this isn't possible it would amazing if there was a slot or two for buttons within the header (something similar to the attached screengrab).
