Provide a process to save your customised keyboard shortcuts to AGOL and retrieve them into another instance of Pro on another device, or prompt that they exist and to load them when installing / re-installing Pro.

Not sure if this is helpful but wanted to point out that Exporting/Importing customizations includes shortcuts. You can import the file from a network share or roaming profile
@vanesch Thank you.The core of the Idea is the ability to not have to rely on external services to access config data, and secondly, to be able to just get personalised shortcuts applied to an install without any other changes.
