The selected feature dose not have a link define

Hello everyone,

I am trying to link my scene layer to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) documents using the "Create a Viewer URL Rule" option in ArcGIS GeoBIM. However, when I select a specific feature, I receive the following error:

"The selected feature does not have a link defined"

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This error indicates the Link Rule does not have the required information to define a valid link. Please ensure the Link Rule configuration is using the correct fields and that your data contains the necessary information to define a valid link.

I mean, could you please verify if you can access to your ACC project if you would click to the link in the popup for this model? Simply visualize the full model and find the SharedView link, and click View: 

Feel free to add any additional information to help us: Is it ArcGIS Online? If Enterprise, which version? From which version of ArcGIS Pro you shared your building scene layer?
