Unable to display Map WebGL2 support is required?

Hello I am using Firefox and checked to make sure WebGL2 was active (firefox says true) I am also using "rerecorded performance settings". I can open storymaps in chrome and I can see it but I am logged in and have always used firefox. Are there other things I can try?

@RegannFishell -- You can try unchecking Firefox's "recommended performance settings" option since that may be preventing the necessary resources from being utilized. If that doesn't work, please contact Esri Technical Support and they can help you troubleshoot this issue.
