Where can I find the 2016 demographic point feature service?

I see the demographic data is available as block group polygons here:

https://demographics6.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Demographics_and_Boundaries_2016/MapServer/2

However, I'm looking for a block group point layer similar to what is used in this sample:

https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Census/MapServer/0

Is such a feature service available? Thanks!
