Turning License Renewal Message off at Organization Level (or by user role)

Hello all -

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn the ArcGIS License renewal notification off for the organization level or by user role? Every year we come up on the license renewal, it freaks people out thinking that their license is going to expire and then I get flooded with panicked emails.

I know how to turn it off on my own ArcGIS Pro desktop app, but I would like to turn this off for everyone in my organization except for administrators. I would need to turn it off in ArcGIS Online as well. I checked the documentation online, but I was only able to find the instructions on how to turn the setting off in ArcGIS Pro for individual applications (but not org wide)

For some reason, I thought there had been a setting to turn this off in ArcGIS Online at one time - but it's also possible that my brain made it up (more likely than not lol)

I thought you could do this through the silent install or config settings file but now that I go back and look through that stuff I do not see the license warning as a parameter. I do know you can adjust the number of days before the expiration to warning the user in ArcGIS Online if you are using Named User licensing. You cannot globally disable the warning, but you could drop the number of days down to one day.
