Adding Spacing in Content Library Cards

Question

I'm wondering how people are getting that space or gap between the title (like "Marion County Oregon") and the description text (like "Layer showing...") in the Content Library—just like in the example I attached.

Is there a specific trick or formatting method you're using to create that clean separation?

Regarding your second comment— is this functionality only available in HUB? I'm currently using Sites in Enterprise version 11.3.

Thanks for the question, @CarynAshbay.

Couple points.

* These cards are not configurable ... and I'm not sure if there are any tricks to achieve the spacing that you're referencing. 
* The Content Library is active for the time being while using the classic edit mode. This version of cards only display in the Content Library. Live sites and workspaces (our new management UI) are using a newer card.
