Is it possible to make a survey from a multipoint service?

I'd like to make a survey pointing to a service with multipoint geometry.

My initial attempts are not working out, so I'm wondering if it's a me thing or a systemic thing?

Yep I got that, but it appears repeats are the only way to handle "multiple points"

Thanks for the response. Not multiple points, a multipoint (meaning one mulipart point record).

I am assuming it is an existing service, can you configure it into a repeat, it appears that is the only way to collect multiple points in Survey123
