What3words service does not give results in Arcgis Pro Search tool and does not appear in Pop-ups to the question "What is here?"

Hello,

I installed a What3Words Locator following the What3words tutorial: How to add the what3words Locator to ArcGIS Online | what3words.

I can see the locator in the search tool of ArcGIS Pro but does not work gives me any result. Also the tool "what is here? gives me any info related with What3Words.

Any trick or any other tutorial that I can check?
