URL parameters to filter and opens to a specific feature.

Hello, similar to the post found here, https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-instant-apps-questions/url-parameters-to-filter/td-p/1216715/page/2, I have a hosted feature service, that has a ton of polygons. Instead of creating multiple maps, I want to use URL parameters to only show the one feature that I want to embed on a different site. Is this a possibility, without the workaround in the post that is referenced here?
