These low voltage services from one transformer need to b phase and the one service connected to both needs to ab (or abc, not sure). How do I do this in the UN? Right now its propagating all to ab.

You need to draw different lines. I am guessing one transformer is set to just a and one is set to just b? If so, the services that are both ab, need a line from each, the ones from just a, need one line.
How do I get abc to propagate to this service?

I think I have what you are describing though. Maybe I need to set phasechange on the highlight line to b and the other to a after the transformer?
