Global ($datastore) Attribute Rules

Feature request: Allow attribute rules to be applied and edited from a central location, maybe in the $datastore context.

Use case: A work group editing 30+ feature classes of infrastructure assets wants to apply common attribute rules to each FC on some standard fields (lat/lon, nearest address, municipality, etc).

Currently: Each rule must be applied to each FC separately and it is unmanageable for an 'enterprise'. Some automation can be achieved thru scripting, yes, but that doesn't achieve any centralization.

Value: The ability to alter and apply Attribute Rules on multiple feature classes from an integrated location is an enterprise-grade functionality.

Questions: Where are attribute rules currently defined, in the system tables? SDE/EGDB? triggers? voodoo?

Attribute rules are cool thing to do with Arcade, and they can be way more.

@AllanBenvin_yycYep. As a pilot we've migrated and upgraded a single work group, and adopted attribute rules as the model for data entry with the basic fields I mentioned. Quickly realized one of the things we're creating is +100 maintenance headaches. Database triggers are still preferable. Attr rules/Arcade are ok for doing AGOL stuff.

Thing is... they put it in Pro... so it deserves some key enhancements.

We did complete the migration, but I don't see us doing any other group this way, without this enhancement.
