As you're using a self-signed certificate the web browser is indicating that it does not trust it.
Suppress warnings from self-signed certificates—ArcGIS Server Administration (Windows) | ArcGIS Enterprise Best practices for configuring a secure environment—ArcGIS Server Administration (Windows) | ArcGIS Enterprise
