Non-uniform feature scaling

Question

When using the scale tool to modify a feature it keeps the scaling uniform.

I would like to be able to grab the side handle and have it only scale lengthwise, keeping the height the same. is there a hotkey to hold for this? a different tool?

but "scaling" in one direction may be possible in the

Transform features—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

eg differential scaling or skew
