This morning I added a new layer "Edible School Gardens" to this map, and now it appears in the Legend but not the Layers tab in Map Viewer. Also, now none of the pop-ups for any layers are working, even though all pop-ups are enabled.
What is going on?

It appears that feature layers that're hosted on AGO seem to be having issues for a lot of organizations.
We are experience the same thing. I've submitted an incident and esri support is aware of the issue.
