Has anyone experienced the issue with Arcmap 10.2.2 where the tools when opened the left window is blank? The tools windows are not populated for the user to insert the data for manipulation. My understanding is that ArcMap 10.2.2 is not compatible with internet explorer 11 meaning the tools will not render to allow the tool windows to populate. The tools windows populate normally displaying the help panel yet doesn't allows the main screen to show any content. I have attached a screen shot of the issue.
